The story behind Mrfluffel: For all those ruled by a cat

There is this one moment that every cat mom and cat dad knows. You’ve been meaning to be in bed for ages, but there she is – your furry friend on your lap, purring peacefully, and you haven't moved for twenty minutes because you don't want to wake her. It is precisely from moments like these that Mrfluffel was born.

How it all began

Mrfluffel is not a shop that picked some niche on a drawing board. We are right in the middle of it ourselves: people whose everyday lives are dictated by little, hairy bosses. People who get up at 2:30 a.m. because there was “some noise.” Who bought a cat tree that cost more than their own desk chair – and who would do it all over again.

Our first designs were born out of these everyday, often funny, and sometimes deeply tender situations. No marketing team came up with slogans meant to “perform well” – we wrote down what we told each other over morning coffee when we were late again because the cat had fallen asleep on our laps.
